RETURN POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Connie Craig-Carroll will accept eligible items for exchange or return (see below guidelines).
If you would like to make a return, please email Conniecraigcare@gmail.com with your order number and we will send an email with return shipping instructions (no refund will be granted without processing a return/exchange request).
GUIDELINES
Please ensure that the item is returned in new and unworn condition along with all packaging and tags exactly as it was received within 14 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 14-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.
Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.
If a product is not returnable, it will be noted on the product page. Please note, at this time returns are not available on Native American handcrafted pieces but if you request an exchange within the policy guidelines, we can accommodate the request.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Connie Craig-Carroll will accept items for exchange up to 30 days after receipt. If you would like to make an exchange, please email Conniecraigcare@gmail.com with your order number and we will send an email with return shipping instructions (no exchange will be granted without processing a return/exchange request). Once your exchange is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s) less return shipping charges. Please note, the digital gift card can be used for anything on the website. However when exchanging from the Native American Handcrafted collection, the digital credit can only be used to purchase items from the Native American Handcrafted collection.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Please note because of working with many individual artisans who handcraft the Native American Collection, we are unable to accept returns on items from the collection at this time. Please reference the above policy for exchange instructions.
